The project is located in Tripoli, Libya. It is 60.000m2 and constructed only in 9 Months. The building has been constructed as steel structure with highest luxury, highest electrical and mechanical technology. The design of the project has been awarded as Best Architectural Conference Hall Design at 2010 in Dubai. The Client is System Construction and Ersa has been the Contractor of the project. It has been commissioned by Ghaddafi before the Libyan Civil War has started. The building has hosted all African Leaders for African Summit 2010.
